What do I do if I am “Locked Out?”
If you’ve been “Locked Out” of your account, click here to submit a “Lockout Reset Form”. A temporary password will be sent to your e-mail address by the end of a normal business day.

How do I reset my password?
Go back to the login screen and click on “Forget your password?” A temporary authorization code will be sent immediately to your e-mail address.

How do I know what my share (savings) account number is?
You will find your base share savings account number listed on your credit union statement.

What is the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process and why do I have to enroll?
Click on this link an explanation of MFA and for the step-by-step process to complete your MFA enrollment.

Is SELCCU Online case-sensitive?
  YES!

Where is the box to enter my password?
To login you will enter your base share savings account and click “Login.” If you enter the account incorrectly, a message will appear on the screen. To protect your account, you will be asked whether you want “Questions” or “E-mail.” The easiest way is to select “Questions” and the system will prompt you to answer one of the security questions you entered when you first activated SELCCU Online. Then you will be prompted to enter your password.

How do I see my children’s accounts?
You will have to activate each account by logging in with the child’s share account number and using the last four digits of the primary member holder’s Social Security Number as the password. The system will prompt you to create a password. Once you are logged in, click on “Share my Account with Another Member.”

Why is the computer asking me random questions?
You have most likely entered your share account number incorrectly. This prompts the computer to randomly start asking you questions you did not previously enter into the system. Verify your share savings account number and try it again. If you are still having trouble logging in, submit a “Lockout Form” here.

Why do I receive an error message when trying to enroll in bill pay?
You can only use bill pay through an open and active credit union checking account.

What if I do not want to register my computer?
You will just be asked a security question each time you login to your account.

Can I register more than one computer?
  Yes.

Where are all of the accounts I used to see on the previous online system?
The primary member holder will have to login and select “Share Your Account with Another Member.” By doing this, that member is giving permission to share his/her account.
