Ed Syrowski, Chairman
	Ed joined our Board of Directors in 2003. He served on our Supervisory Audit Committee for 11 years before joining our Board of Directors. Ed is a graduate of Cleveland State University. He retired January 2004 after 26 years as a business manager at Firelands Board of Education and 10 years as a math teacher with Firelands. He has four daughters Lynn, Karen, Leslie and Kelly. Ed loves to golf, fish, garden, read, and put together jigsaw puzzles in his free time.
Andrew Lingler, Vice Chairman
	Andrew has served on our Board of Directors since 1989. Along with the Board of Directors, Andrew is a teacher at Holy Name High School and Lorain County Community College. Andrew is a graduate of West Tech in Cleveland, Ohio University, and The Ohio State University. He is married to Sandra and they have three children. In his spare time, Andrew likes to volunteer.
Marilyn Tipple, Secretary
	Marilyn has served on the Board since 1992. She also served as an Ambassador. Marilyn is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. She retired from Keystone City Schools after 31 years. She is married to Bill and has two sons, Bill and Matt. Marilyn loves to garden and play with her black Labrador.
Carolyn May, Director
	Carolyn has served on our Board of Directors since 1991. Carolyn is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and Bowling Green State University. She retired from Avon Lake schools after 35 years.
Wanda DiVencenzo, Director
	Wanda has been on our Board of Directors since 2003. She served on our Supervisory Audit Committee for six years before joining our Board of Directors. Wanda retired from her position as guidance secretary at Midview Schools in 1997. She has four children and, when she's not gardening or gourmet cooking, she enjoys going to musicals and plays.
Paulette Paine, Director
	Paulette joined our Board of Directors in 2006. She is a secretary at Avon Schools where she proudly represents us as Ambassador. She is married to Jim and they have four children and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Paulette enjoys cooking, reading, going to the theater and cheering for Ohio State.     Dick Killen, Director Dick joined the board of directors in the fall of 2007. He also serves as ambassador for Firelands Elementary School where he has been employed for 30+ years as a teacher, assistant principal, and currently as principal. He is a graduate of Fairmont State College and the University of Akron. He is married to Patti (30+ years) with whom he has raised their two children, Jenny and Jeff. He enjoys sports, reading, doing home improvement projects with his wife, and especially enjoys being with his grandchildren.

Mr. Bartter has remained a member of the board of directors since his retirement in July 1997. Thirty-three other members have also served on the Board of Directors over the years. Many have served a significant number of years: Warren Wallace (29 years), Laura Papenbrock (22 years), Anne Pallas (20 years), Richard Smith (14 years), Louis Soos (14 years), Lester Brady (13 years), Ed Enyedy (12 years), Floretta Ryder (12 years), and Dorothy Sprague (11 years).
